Meet Dr. Tom Lewis

Dr. Tom Lewis was born and raised in the Omaha area. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Lewis received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1995. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Lewis is a clinical instructor of dentistry at Creighton University.
